Shipping Policy
We strive to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days from Germany.
Orders placed on Fridays are typically shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.

During sale periods or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer.

- International destinations: delivery time may vary depending on local customs procedures and destination country.

Delays caused by customs, courier service, or force majeure are beyond our control.
Tracking & Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using the provided tracking number.

Incorrect Address, Customs Fees & Cancellation After Dispatch
If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Failure to pay required customs or import duties
- Cancellation request after dispatch

The original shipping fee paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned package is received by us in original condition.
