Return & Refunds
RETURNS
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at mail.lymeria@gmx.de and include your order number. We will guide you through the next steps.
Items sent back after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned at your own cost.
We currently do not provide prepaid return labels. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued for the value of the returned item(s).
Items not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalised jewellery
(These are made specifically for you and are excluded from return, exchange, or cancellation.) -
Earrings and other pierced jewellery
(Due to hygiene regulations, these items cannot be returned.) -
Sale items
(All sale purchases are final and cannot be refunded.) -
Used, worn, or damaged items
(All items must be returned in their original, resalable condition.)
If your parcel is returned to us
due to:
- Missed delivery attempts
- Refused delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unpaid customs fees (international orders)
…we will refund only the value of the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you still wish to receive the items, you will need to place a new order.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are carefully inspected before shipping.
However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mail.lymeria@gmx.de.
To speed up the process, attach a clear photo of the damage to your email.
❗ Claims made after 24 hours from delivery cannot be accepted, and the issue may be classified as misuse by the buyer.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- PayPal and other providers may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at mail.lymeria@gmx.de.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – CUSTOMS & SHIPPING FEES
International customers are responsible for:
- Paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes
- Providing a correct and complete delivery address
If the parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refused customs charges
- Undeliverable location
…we will deduct the actual shipping costs we incurred (between €8–25, depending on package size) from your refund.
Refunds will be issued only after the parcel is received back at our location.
